Head of HR EMEA
On behalf of our client, an international corporation within manufacturing, with 20+ production sites and 5000+ employees worldwide, we are seeking a new Head of HR for their EMEA-region.
The Head of HR EMEA mission is to implement the company´s HR processes across the region in order to attract, recruit, develop and retain high performing employees for the division´s ambitious growth and financial success. The role entails overall responsibility to support the strategic initiatives and manage and coordinate the work within the HR area in the EMEA region. As one of the key HR players within the Group, the job holder is also expected to interact closely with the EVP HR and to lead or participate in group-wide projects.
The job holder will be a member of the EMEA management team, report to EVP HR, and be responsible for 20+ HR professionals.
We are looking for an analytical, modern, and business-oriented HR Manager with strong leadership skills. International experience from manufacturing is necessary and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR, both operational and strategic.
