NATIONAL SALES MANAGER SWEDEN

It is our pleasure to announce that we are seeking out well qualified candidates to fill the role of National Sales Manager Sweden, for an innovative, trendsetting farm and industrial machinery manufacturer.

Our client is enjoying strong sector performance and is experiencing growth at a rate of double that of the market. With global operations and sales, our client values close customer ties, customer-centric product development, and digitalization of product/service networking.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the national sales partners in day-to-day business
  • Developing the dealer network and existing dealers in the sales territory
  • Developing the brand in all target sectors
  • Conducting quarterly and annual meetings
  • Ongoing market and competitor monitoring
  • Market analysis and formulation and implementation of market strategies
  • Supporting machine testing and development for the market
  • Support of national marketing in the form of trade fairs, open days at dealers’ premises, including trade show preparation, execution and follow-up in cooperation with the central marketing department
  • Management and control of the national budget
  • Consistent exploitation of market potential
  • In addition to the usual National Sales Manager activities, the NSM must also support ancillary activities such as marketing, logistics, order processing and planning in coordination with the respective departments at a group level
  • Organization of national logistics

The following skills are essential for the role:

  • Competent with MS Office
  • Technical understanding
  • Swedish and English language skills, German would be an advantage

This is a home office based role that will be responsible for covering most of Sweden, and extensive travelling is required.
