PROJECT MANAGER

We are pleased to announce that we are looking for strong candidates to fill the role of Project Manager for our client, the world leading supplier of electronic shelf labels and pricing automation, and trusted partner for large-scale retailers. Our client is enjoying unrivalled growth, and is driving to retain its market leading position and expand its team in Stockholm.  

Our client’s product offerings and partner solutions enable retailers to connect and digitally transform their physical stores; automate low-value-added processes; improve operational efficiency; inform and serve customers; ensure information integrity to continuously optimize on-hand inventory; prevent stock-outs and waste and create an omni-channel service platform that builds loyalty and meets evolving consumer expectations.

We are looking for a self-driven and energetic Project Manager with experience from the retail industry. The role would be an integral part in a trailblazing company reach new heights in an innovative, high growth industry.

Main missions and tasks for the role would be to manage, control, and communicate the schedule, scope and delivery of each project including:

  • Create and maintain pilot & rollout project plans
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Facilitate and drive ongoing project meetings
  • Ensure that the individual customer KPI’s are reached and generally ensure high quality and proactive follow-up
  • Continuous customer contact throughout the pilot installations and rollouts including on-site visits in-store
  • Coordinate the technical installation by acting in-between technical project management of the Partner and when needed technical project management in and the customer
  • Coordinate deliveries and pro-active delivery follow-up on pilots and rollout projects in close cooperation with Sales and Logistics
  • Answer first level technical & operation related questions from the customer/partner

Secondary missions and tasks include:

  • To participate in sales phase representing the project management and the solution
  • Define the individual customer KPI’s together with Account Executives, Nordics
