Long days at work, and hours upon hours in front of the computer. Sore eyes, and neck starting to ache. I’d guess I’m not the only one?
For me, running and being outdoors is what recharges my batteries. Hearing the birds sing, breathing in fresh air, and feeling the warm sun on my face gives me the balance that I need, and helps me stay healthy, energized and motivated.
Today this was my schedule:
07 – 08: Shower, breakfast and quality time with my cats
08 – 14: Work, with short break for lunch
14 – 16: Running/walking and enjoying the sun (which we haven´t seen for weeks here in our part of Sweden)
16 – 18: Early dinner
18 – 21: Work
21 – 23: Evening snack and Netflix
Nothing special, just a completely normal day that felt good.
